Returns & Exchanges

Sizing

Because each item is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart provided in the product images before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help.

Other Issues

If there’s a problem with your order (such as a misprint, defect, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue so we can quickly resolve it with our print provider. Photos help us expedite the process and ensure your concern is handled accurately.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective.

Shipping Information

Shipping Times

We aim to get your order printed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most items ship within 5–7 business days, but actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), and we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If a package is lost during shipping, we’ll do our best to assist you. However, the next step may be to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please have your tracking number ready when contacting them.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations only within 1 hour of placing your order, as production begins quickly after an order is confirmed. After that window, your order is already in process and cannot be canceled.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept international orders. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — thank you for your understanding.

We work with trusted production partners to create your items. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. During peak times such as holidays, processing may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been produced, shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Delays

While we do our best to meet these timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs inspections.
