Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order being placed. If you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the item has been sent to our printing partner it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Refunds/Exchanges

• All of our items are custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
• If there are any issues with the item, please message us promptly. We will require pictures of any issues within 7 days to address them with our print provider.

We do not issue refunds if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g.items were lost by USPS,FEDEX,etc., delayed by a natural disaster).
